The WBG has a strong commitment to providing a safe working environment, free from harassment and abuse. This commitment is enshrined in its Code of Conduct and Staff Rules. The WBG does not tolerate staff involvement in unethical behavior, sexual harassment or other harassment, sexual exploitation or abuse, or other misconduct. If you have experienced or are aware of harassment or other misconduct involving a World Bank Group staff member, you are encouraged to report it to the WBG Ethics and Business Conduct Department (EBC) in confidence using this electronic form. Please note that you are not required to provide your name and an email address. If you do provide contact information, EBC will follow up with you directly; if not your submission will be anonymous. If you choose to report anonymously, please provide enough information in the other fields to enable a meaningful review the situation.
